Recuerdo que pasaba horas en mi habitación, creando y escuchando música. En el colegio me conocían principalmente por mis habilidades artísticas, por la particular forma de expresarme a través del color.</div> <bR> <div> Siempre supe que quería estudiar algo relacionado con el arte y el 1995 entré a la Universidad de La Serena a estudiar "Diseño en Equipamiento".</div> <div> En 1998 congelé mis estudios por un año completo, preparé mis propias telas y me dediqué a pintar. En Noviembre de ese mismo año viajé a Oregon, USA para visitar a mi hermana que estaba viviendo y aún vive allá. Ese viaje fue el comienzo de muchos, que me han servido de inspiración.</div> <div> En 1999 reanudé los estudios en la Universidad y seguí pintando. Mi primera muestra individual fue ese mismo año y duró todo el mes de Junio.  La acogida de la gente y los comentarios escritos que recibí fueron increíbles. Decidí entonces dedicarme a la pintura y seguí estudiando Diseño en la Universidad.</div> <bR> <div> Viajes a Brasil, Europa y continuos viajes a USA me han servido para descubrir nuevas culturas, nuevos idiomas que definitivamente forman parte de la evolución de mi pintura y fotografía.</div> <bR> <div> Actualmente estoy viviendo en Europa, pero aún no me he establecido en un lugar fijo.</div> <div> ___________________________________________________________________</div> <bR> <div> <B>I</B>'m Chilean-Spanish, I was born in Santiago de Chile on January 10th, 1976.</div> <bR> <div> From an early age I showed an interest in drawing and painting. I remember </div> <div> that I used to spend hours in my room creating art and listening to music. I was known at school for my artistic abilities and unique way of expressing myself through color.</div> <bR> <div> I always knew that I wanted to study something related to art. In 1995 I went to University to study "Equipment Design" (or Industrial Design).</div> <div> In 1998 I took a sabbatical from my studies. It was time to prepare my own canvas and decided to paint. In November of that same year I went to Portland, USA, to visit my sister who was (and still is) living there. That trip was the first of many others which have inspired me.</div> <bR> <div> In 1999 I resumed my studies at the University and I kept painting. My first </div> <div> individual exhibition was the same year and lasted the whole month of June. The reception and  written comments were incredible.
