Artist’s Statement
My art is an exploration of my Hispanic cultural heritage, traditions and History. I share my art freely to foster a cultural exchange and to initiate a positive educative process that in the end creates a cultural foundation for Hispanic children who would come after me.
My inability to perceive primary colors has given birth to a strange new artistic science and has given form to my new genre, Hyper Visualism; an art that depicts subjects of our world in an easy way. My intent isn’t to create images that are photo realistic. My aim is to create images that are instead photo intense.
